Catalan lingerie and swimwear design brand Andrés Sardá presented this weekend a review of 12 of its limited edition designs created since the year 2000. The venue was Moda Cálida, the swimwear fashion event held in Gran Canaria and showing some of the best proposals for the hot season by Spanish designers.
These unique models, limited to 150 each, have become true collectibles and some of them have been worn by renowned international pop stars and actresses, considering its pure and graphic designs with crystals and precious stone applied to them, along with exclusive prints applied on high quality fabrics highlighting the feminine silhouette.
Created in 1962 by Andrés Sarda and currently with his daughter Nuria Sardá at the creative helm, this designer brand was a regular presence at Pasarela Gaudi until 1996 and at the Madrid Fashion Week where it has been showing its collections on a regular basis after the mid-nineties until today. Trendenz has been following the work by this brand and witnessed the craftsmanship and detail put into the collections and the feel of fabrics, either traditional or the result of technological research.
